Support at Home Exercise Physiology is funded under the Australian Government’s Support at Home – Aged Care program, which replaces the Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
This funding pathway enables eligible older Australians to access allied health supports, including Exercise Physiology, where services align with assessed needs and approved care plans.
How Support At Home Exercise Physiology Funding Works
Support at Home – Aged Care is administered by the Australian Government through Services Australia and My Aged Care. Eligibility and service categories are determined through formal aged care assessments.
